CANCELLATIONS

We enforce a strict 24 hour cancelation policy. A credit card number is required to reserve an appointment. In the event of a no show or late cancel, you will be subject to pay for 50% of the scheduled service.

LATE ARRIVALS

We reserve the right to reschedule any reservation that is 15 minutes late or later. In the event this happens you will also be subject to prepay for future services in advance and may be responsible to pay for missed service.

REDO

We always work our hardest to ensure your satisfied with your services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Minor tweaks and adjustments will be honored if contacted within one week of the date of service. Some desired results set by the client may take multiple appointments to achieve the goal, additional services to achieve a set goal are not considered a redo and will be charged accordingly.

REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds on hair services performed. However, we always do our best to ensure you are satisfied.

CHANGES TO POLICIES

We reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Policies under which Products, Services and equohair.com is offered.
